Montate is an online directory operated by Transportation Marketplace Company C-Corp, allowing independent rental companies to list their vehicles.
Montate does not process reservations, payments, or rental contracts. All rental transactions occur directly between the rental business and the customer.
2. Eligibility
By using Montate, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements under applicable law.
3. Account Registration
Users may create an account using an email and password. Businesses registering vehicles must provide accurate company information.
Montate reserves the right to verify, approve, or remove listings at its sole discretion.
4. Business Listings
Rental businesses are solely responsible for:
• Accuracy and legality of the information they publish.
• Compliance with all applicable Dominican laws and permits.
• Any transactions, contracts, or disputes with customers.
Montate assumes no liability for the truthfulness, legality, or performance of any listing.
5. Fees and Subscriptions
Listing vehicles on Montate is currently free of charge.
In the future, Montate may introduce subscription plans for listing and promotional services. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before activation.
6. Intellectual Property
All logos, content, and design elements of Montate are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Montate’s content without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
Montate acts solely as an intermediary platform.
We are not responsible for:
• Any rental agreements, payments, or damages arising from third-party interactions.
• The accuracy of vehicle descriptions, photos, or availability.
• Any technical errors or interruptions of service.
Users and businesses interact at their own risk.
8. Termination
Montate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA) and, where applicable, by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
